They're about a buck each at any office supply store or the stationery aisle of your favorite mega-chain. For that price, how could you *not* try one?

And I have the empty pens in a cup on my desk, in case I ever get around to finding refills. (Our purchasing department seems content to buy just the pens by the box.) In the meantime, it drives people nuts when they go to borrow a pen and it is out of ink, and I get teased for keeping the dead pens as trophies.

I applaud your new plan. Sounds good. I can't write old-fashioned letters or anything else, in fact, signing my name on a check or whatever has become a real adventure. Because I can't do handwriting and never really could. I just spazz. My brain knows what I want to write and how to form the letters of the words but I can't seem to get it to emerge from my hand legibly. It's gotten a lot worse over the years to the point where I can't even read my own (hand) writing. Not kidding.
