Earth to orbit is 90% of the effort

Catch a Falling Star and Put It In Your Pocket

Courtesy of Professor Chris Hall, we learn that the Japanese probe Hayabusa is about 12 miles from it's targeted asteroid. The plan is to land on it, collect samples, and bring 'em back to Earth.
