"Cute" Is Just A Disguise
I've said before that Ladybugs creep me out. In the spirit of "know thy enemy", I found this page with all kinds of information and pictures about ladybugs. *shudder*

There are ladybugs, and then there are bugs that look like ladybugs. Beware the ones that really aren't. They're lousy bastards that bite and leave nasty welts.

I'm not afraid of them, because they're so small. But I know that they're among the most vicious predators in the insect world, and voracious as well. If they were bigger, we'd be prey.
