Lilly and Marilyn were Hot Rod Babes

Head on over to MunsterKoach and stroll through a wonderful site dedicated to the legendary George Barris custom hotrods featured on the 60's show The Munsters. Everything you ever wanted to know about the Munster Koach (the family hearse) and Drag-u-la (Grandpa's coffin coupe), including plenty of pictures (cheesecake photos of Marilyn posing with the cars too!).

Thanks to The Astounding B Monster for the pointer.

1 Great site!I always loved the Munsters Koach and the Drag-U-La.If you check the pics close you'll see that there are two Koaches.I actually have the issue of Street Rodder mag with the build-up of the new one in it.Unfortunatly,if I remember correctly, the original car is long gone.Back in the early 70's(73?)the car was placed on the auction block. It was bought by a nameless bidder and hasn't been seen since.Sad!
I'll see if I can dig out that issue of SR and bring it to the next launch.BTW,even though I love blondes and thought both Marylins(Priest and Owens) where awefully right and all I have to admit that I did really dig Yvonne Decarlo.
