A 1989 list, eh? "I Heard It Through The Gr@pevine"** got a big boost in the late '80s from the singing raisins commercial, but nowadays it's not anyone's mind much anymore.
And, there was a time, back in the mid-'70s, you couldn't knock "Hey Jude" out of 1st place fer nothin'!
It's all a perpetual change, my friend. "Perpetual Change". Hmmm. A decent Yes tune, as I recall...
