I used to "write" songs in my dreams, and sometimes I'd flesh out the idea and make a proper work of it.
When I first heard "Addicted To Love" I thought "wow, that sounds like a song from my dreams."
Then a later saw an interview with him in which he said that the tune and over-all sound of "Addicted To Love" came to him in a dream. Whoa!!!!!!!!!!!
Incidentally, the interviewer was David Brenner, and added that he (David) "wrote" jokes in his dreams. I guess yer life is yer life, huh?
