PS: A great demonstration of frugality is our semi-regular minor league baseball game blogmeets. I mean, why pay major league prices for minor league quality? And yeah, that's a slam on the Washington Nationals.

Well, at least my boys had a major league bottom of the ninth today...or perhaps Julio looked like he should be in A ball.
Bowie has some interesting promotions, iirc. I think last season they tried to set a world record for whoopie cushions.

last year I got decent Mets tickets for $20 bucks. This year I won't even open the circular because after winning the NL East I know they're charging more.
