2 I think you should go with "season starts next Sunday".The bye week thing sorta suggests they may have had a chance to practice more since last year.
I was kinda disappointed in the Skins,though.However,not as much as I could have been.They did have some good plays and at least carried the ball for once.Portier showed his worth.That one return run where he refused to go out of bounds was worth the price of admission all by itself.
Oh well,I'll just do what everyone else is doing and blame it all on Hall.Never mind the fact that the Skins may have lost even bigger if they had gone into overtime.

6 Normally I'd jump on the opportunity to laugh like a donkey at the hapless Raiders, but as my Broncos' offense gave the Rams the ball five times and whose only saving grace was that they held the hornheads to only six field goals (thereby losing 18-10 instead of 42-10), I'll refrain from teasing.
