This morning on the way to work I heard that song Short Skirt, Long Jacket by the group Cake. It's been quite a while since I've heard it, and this time, what came to mind was that photo of Condoleeza Rice in her duster and knee boots.

1 OK, WTF is this supposed to mean? I recognize it as an astrological chart but I've never seen any more reason to study that nonsense than who slept with whom in a soap opera. I consider astrology to be "a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing".

So, just what does this chart say?
